Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/2 cups poga


  • 1/2 cups puffed rice


  • 1 cups jegarry


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder

Directions

  • Dissolve Jegarry in water. Heat for 5 min upto water reduced
  • Strain the Jegarry water from impurity
  • Meantime Fry poga in dry pan. Make it cool for few min.
  • Add poga and puffed rice in jegarry water after strain immidiatly
  • Prepare ball using hand tightly when it heat.
  • Ready to taste
